Task 1:

Read the short passage from Roald Dahl`s funny story „The Magic Finger“.

Enter the virtual classroom in Blackboard and have a discussion on the following questions:

- Do you like the story? Why/why not?

- What is unusual about the girl in the story?

- How would you use a magic finger?

Which funny/fantastic results would you like to have?

Task 2:

Get to know The Pig from Roald Dahl`s Dirty Beasts.

Read the poem and do a role play. Make a short interview with the pig. Role A: journalist; role B: the pig. Ask it about the reason(s) for its strange deed.
